Become an IAC Venue Partner

Join IAC’s Australian venue partner program. Offer branded event invites and guest tracking while hosts pay the per-event fee, not your venue.

One guest list from invitation to event day.

Venues often see the same guest-list problem from the other side of the booking.

A customer has organised a meaningful event but is still chasing replies, combining spreadsheets and trying to explain the latest headcount. The venue wants to help, yet it may have no direct view of the invitation or RSVP process.

The IAC Venue Partner Program gives Australian function centres, restaurants, kids play centres and other regular event venues a white-labelled Event Invite Management System to offer their hosts.

There is no payment required from the venue and no ongoing commitment. When a host chooses the platform for an event, the per-event fee is charged to the host—not the venue.

Who the program is for

The program is designed primarily for venues hosting eight or more events each month. At that frequency, guest-list uncertainty is not an isolated inconvenience; it is a recurring part of the customer journey.

Potential partners include function centres, restaurants with private-event spaces, children’s party venues, community spaces and other businesses where hosts invite and manage their own guests.

The program may not suit every venue. If events are rare or the venue already operates a mandatory in-house system, the additional workflow may not be useful. IAC can discuss the current booking process before either side commits time to setup.

What the venue offers its customers

A partner introduces eligible hosts to a branded guest-management option. The host can use IAC to create invitations, manage a central guest list, track RSVPs, send reminders and use QR check-in on the event day.

The venue gains guest and attendance visibility through the partner workflow, subject to the access and process agreed during onboarding.

This is not a promise that the software will increase bookings, revenue or customer retention. The practical aim is a clearer RSVP process and a more connected branded experience for customers and their guests.

Read the venue event-management overview for the operational model or the white-label RSVP guide for the branding approach.

How payment works

The venue does not pay a subscription, onboarding charge or per-event software fee.

When a host decides to use IAC, the host pays the applicable per-event fee. The host should be told about that charge clearly before choosing the service.

This model keeps the commercial relationship straightforward: the customer using the event-management tools pays for their event, while the venue can offer the system without adding a new software cost to its own operations.

Any existing IAC pricing or partner material should reflect this same arrangement so hosts and venue teams never encounter conflicting billing information.

What IAC provides

IAC supports partners with customer-facing materials that help explain the platform. These can include brochures, flyers and branding stickers for use at the venue.

Those materials should communicate the service in plain language: what the host receives, what the fee covers and how to get started. They are not a substitute for staff training or a reason to make unsupported business claims.

IAC also works with the venue on branding and onboarding so the platform’s presentation fits the agreed partner setup.

The objective is to make the introduction easy for venue staff and understandable for hosts. A customer should never feel that an unexplained extra product has been added to their booking.

What partnership does not require

Joining does not require the venue to commit every event to IAC. There is no ongoing payment obligation and no promise that the venue must generate a particular number of host sign-ups.

The venue can assess whether the workflow fits its customers and operations. If it does not, there is no long-term commitment holding the business to the program.

The relationship should remain honest on both sides. IAC provides the platform and support materials; the venue provides practical feedback about how the workflow functions in a real event environment.

What happens next

The first step is a conversation about the venue, the number and types of events it hosts, and how guest lists are currently handled.

If the fit is appropriate, IAC can explain the partner workflow, branding approach, host fee and available support materials. The venue can then decide whether to proceed.

There is no need to make projections about future business outcomes. The decision can be based on a simpler question: would clearer RSVP visibility, attendance tracking and a branded customer experience be useful for the events this venue already hosts?

Visit the IAC partner page, read the FAQ or contact the team to begin that conversation.
